Technique Tags – Fabric Fun & Water Mist

Today’s techniques are ones I don’t use often,  but they definitely make a statement on my project when I do.

The first one is Water Mist.  This is done with a stamp, ink & some water in a fine mist spray bottle.

watermist_ins watermist_imgThe next one is fabric fun,  and although it adds a lot to a project or page,  I don’t do it often as I don’t yet have a sewing machine set up or ironing board for that matter.  Hand stitching is not my favorite thing  🙂

Time to starting thinking about 2017.

Yes,  our CTMH planners are available now.    Supper cute and a great way to keep yourself on schedule,  but for me it is also a great way to look back on everything that has happened in the year.

I’m re-using my binder from last year,  so I will make a new cover for last year’s pages.  It’s a great way to preserve our family memories.  (good and bad!)

I am loving all the new paper.  I typically do,  but there are some papers that take longer for me to find my mojo than others.  This book also had a couple of those,  but I am now hooked.  Looking forward to getting back in to the school routine and perhaps some crafting time for me!  I have so many ideas of projects that I want to create with these great papers.

De-cluttering House – the forever task
